Appointments may be arranged at homes, offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, correctional facilities and other mutually agreed locations based on travel and scheduling availability.

What identification do I need?

Signers should have acceptable current identification that satisfies applicable Florida notarial requirements.

Can you notarize a power of attorney at a hospital?

An eligible document may be notarized at a hospital when the signer is able and willing to sign and all applicable notarial requirements can be satisfied.

Do jail appointments require advance coordination?

Yes. Correctional facilities may have their own visitor, scheduling and document procedures, so availability must be confirmed before the appointment.
