Two Ways We Can Help

Local coordination nationwide and secure remote notarization

Tell us where the signer is located, what type of document is involved and when service is needed. We will help determine the appropriate service path.

Nationwide In-Person Notary Coordination

For clients who need a notary physically present, we coordinate assignments with qualified notaries throughout the United States, subject to location and availability.

Virginia Remote Online Notarization

For eligible electronic documents, a Virginia-commissioned electronic notary meets the signer by live audio-video communication and completes the notarial act under Virginia law.

Business & Closing Support

Title companies, lenders, attorneys, real estate professionals and businesses can request single appointments, overflow coverage or coordinated multi-location service.

Convenient Access for Signers

RON may allow an eligible signer to complete a notarization without traveling to a physical office, after identity verification and document review.

Important: Not every document or transaction qualifies for RON. Acceptance can depend on the document, destination, receiving agency, title company, lender or other relying party. Eligibility and availability must be confirmed before the session.

How It Works

A clear path from request to completed appointment

We review the request first so the client and signer know which service is appropriate and what will be required.

  1. Send the service request with the signer’s location, document type, deadline and preferred language.
  2. We confirm notary availability and whether an in-person appointment or Virginia RON is appropriate.
  3. The signer receives appointment instructions and completes the required identity and document steps.

Nationwide & RON FAQs

What clients should know before requesting service

Can you arrange an in-person notary anywhere in the United States?

We coordinate through our nationwide notary network. Coverage is subject to the requested location, timing, notary qualifications and availability.

Can a Virginia RON notary serve a signer in another state?

Virginia law treats a compliant electronic notarial act as performed in Virginia. The document and receiving party must still accept the electronic notarization, so eligibility is confirmed before scheduling.

What does the signer need for RON?

The signer generally needs an eligible electronic document, acceptable identification, a device with reliable internet, camera and microphone, and the ability to complete the platform’s identity-verification requirements.

Are all documents eligible for remote notarization?

No. Document rules and acceptance requirements vary. Confirm acceptance with the receiving agency, lender, title company, attorney or other relying party before the session.

Can the notary explain or prepare my legal document?

No. A notary cannot provide legal advice or choose the notarial act for you. Questions about the document should be directed to its issuing or receiving party or to a qualified attorney.
